Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged USP10 is approximately 0.1ng/ml as a capture antibody.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with USP10 polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB4190 ) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining . This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated . BC = breast carcinoma .
