Background of PABPC5 antibody
PABPC5 binds the poly(A) tail of mR. PABPC5 may be involved in cytoplasmic regulatory processes of mR metabolism. PABPC5 can probably bind to cytoplasmic R sequences other than poly(A) in vivo.
