Human HepG2; WB Suggested Anti-MTF1 Antibody Titration: 5.0ug/ml. ELISA Titer: 1:2500. Positive Control: HepG2 cell lysate. MTF1 is supported by BioGPS gene expression data to be expressed in HepG2.; MTF1 antibody - C-terminal region (ARP32027_T100) in Human HepG2 cells using Western Blot

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MTF1 (RC204861, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MTF1.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MTF1 (RC204861, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MTF1.
