Background of EPHA10 antibody
Ephrin receptors, the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine kises (RTKs), and their ephrin ligands are important mediators of cell-cell communication regulating cell attachment, shape, and mobility in neurol and epithelial cells (Aasheim et al., 2005 [PubMed 15777695]). Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with EPHA10 antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
Western blot analysis of EPHA10 Antibody (N-term) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). EPHA10 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).
