Western blot analysis of ECE-1 Antibody (Center) (AP17300PU-N) in Y79, T47D cell line and mouse lung, liver lysates (35 µg/lane). ECE-1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Western blot analysis of ECE1 Antibody (Center) (AP17997PU-N) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ECE1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ECE1 (RC223135, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ECE1.
