Immunohistochemistry: CLNS1A Antibody - Moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Muscle, cells of CNS except Purkinje cells and lymphoid tissues were negative. Malignant tissues displayed in most cases staining patterns similar to the corresponding normal tissue. HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CLNS1A (RC213169, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CLNS1A.
