Storage	Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage following reconstitution add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for four weeks at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. Shelf life: One year from despatch.

Buffer System: 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer; 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 as buffer; 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative State: Lyophilized F(ab)2 Fragment Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Specificity	Specificity: This antibody detects Human Lambda Light chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
